Junk Removal / Post-Construction Cleanup

After the last trade leaves

Post-Construction Cleanup in Tampa & St. Pete

The work is finished, but the mess isn't. We haul off what the job left behind and sweep the space, so you can get to the part you paid for.

Who calls us

Post-construction debris, gone

Homeowners whose contractor left a pile in the garage or yard. General contractors who need the last of the debris gone before handover. Flippers and investors getting a property ready to show. Realtors and property managers with a listing date to hit.

We're remodelers too, so we know how to move through a finished space. New floors, fresh paint and new cabinets get treated that way.

Know what you're booking

Cleanup or cleaning?

"Post-construction cleanup" can mean two jobs. We do the first. For the second, you'll want a cleaning company, and it works best after we've cleared the debris.

Timing

When to book your cleanup

Book it for after the last trade has finished, not while people are still working. Otherwise the space fills up again. If you're also hiring a cleaning company, schedule us first so the cleaners start in an empty room.

A simple order works best: final trades, then debris cleanup, then detail cleaning, then move-in, listing or handover.

Questions

Before you call

What is post-construction cleanup?

It is clearing a property after building or remodeling work. Ours means hauling away leftover debris and materials and leaving the space broom-swept.

My contractor left a mess. Can you clear it?

Yes. You don't need to have hired us for the remodel. Text photos of what was left and we'll give you a price.

Will you protect my new floors?

We work like a remodeling crew because we are one. Tell us about any finishes that need special care and we'll plan our path through the house.

Do you do final detail cleaning?

No. We remove debris and leave the space broom-swept. For fine dust and window cleaning, book a cleaning company after we finish.

What are your hours?

We haul 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call or text 727-599-3074 anytime.

When should I book post-construction cleanup?

After the last trade has finished. If you're also hiring a cleaning company, book us first so they start in an empty room.

What areas do you serve?

Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Largo.
