New Construction Cleanup in Tampa & St. Pete

A messy site slows trades and looks bad to buyers. We clear new construction debris for builders, from people who build for a living.

Builders clearing for builders

We know what a clean site is worth

Ace of Spade started as a remodeling company, so we know what the next trade needs when they walk in. We know the difference between scrap and the stock someone still needs, and we ask before anything goes.

We handle new construction cleanup for custom home builders, general contractors, developers and investors across Tampa, St. Petersburg and greater Tampa Bay.

Why builders call us

One less sub to chase

We know that a delay in cleanup can push back the trades behind it. Tell us your dates and who's on site, and we'll give you a clear answer on what we can do and when.

For steady waste, pair us with a dumpster rental. For one-off piles, book a debris haul-off.

Where we work

New builds across Tampa Bay

From teardown-and-rebuild lots in South Tampa to storm rebuilds in St. Pete neighborhoods like Shore Acres, we clear new construction sites in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Largo.

Questions

Before you call

What does new construction cleanup include?

Removing construction debris, packaging and job-site trash, then leaving the area broom-swept. We don't do detail cleaning, such as windows and fine dust. Book that with a cleaning company after we've cleared the site.

Can you work around other trades on site?

Yes. Tell us who is on site and which areas are open, and we will plan around them.

Should I use a dumpster or a haul-off?

A dumpster suits steady debris over a longer stretch. A haul-off suits a one-time clear-out or a tight site with no room for a container. Send us photos and we'll recommend one.

Do you take hazardous materials?

No. Chemicals, solvents and asbestos need specialized disposal.

What are your hours?

We haul 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call or text 727-599-3074 anytime.

Can you come back more than once during a build?

Tell us your schedule and we'll talk through what makes sense for your project.

What areas do you serve?

Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Largo.
